Dr. Eva Lau, D.D.S.

Dr. Lau’s interest in oral healthcare began during her undergraduate years in her beloved hometown of Winnipeg, Canada. Following her graduation from the University of Minnesota Dental School (go Gophers!), she completed a General Practice Residency at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, before returning back to Minnesota to join private practice.    

 Dr. Lau strongly values supporting patients’ individual oral healthcare goals and finds joy in getting to know her patients and their families. Throughout the office, she is often heard humming her favorite tunes during the day (no ear plugs required).

Outside the office, Dr. Lau enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, golfing, tending to her indoor plant collection and exploring local events and festivals with her daughter, Winnie.  Her rescue dog, Arnie, is named after the famous golfer, Arnold Palmer. Another fun fact, Dr. Lau plays electric guitar in a 4-piece rock band, and cheers for anything Minnesota especially the Minnesota Lynx!
